Change the law so loud fireworks are only acceptable from the hours of 6.30-9pm

What the petition asks
Change the law, so that fireworks that have sound are only acceptable between 6.30pm and 9pm. People have time to get home from work and soothe their pets and loved ones. And the fireworks are not running into the ridiculous time of 11pm when children and vulnerable people are likely in bed.
Because we now know the harm and implications loud fireworks have on people and animals. Silent fireworks are readily available so there is no excuse.
