Ban the use of fireworks except for organised public displays on November 5th.

What the petition asks
Ban sales of all fireworks to the general public. Fireworks can only be used by organised public displays on 5th November.
Fireworks cause fear and emotional harm to all types of animals wild or domesticated. It is wrong to make animals scared simply for the enjoyment of setting off fireworks. Considering the Police can issue up to an £80 fine for littering, surely used fireworks are litter?
Noone takes into account that their may be people with anxiety, PTSD or other issues that are affected by the loud bangs and flashes from fireworks also.
