What the petition asks

I want Justice For Pumpkin. Tougher laws for animal cruelty & breeding.

Pumpkin received injuries due to extreme trauma as a new born puppy. Her spine was broken, along with her legs.
She was not born like this! Someone caused these injuries.
Pumpkin is now fully paralysed from the waist down. She will never recover or walk again.
She is not in pain. She is trying to live a normal happy, puppy life without the use of her legs!
