Review the CMS formulas urgently
Make it transparent and fair
Ensure children do not become victims as they do currently
Ensure hard working people are not made bankrupt
Ensure abusers are stopped from abusing further through this system
There is something in the criteria about private school fees but nothing for Under 5 childcare costs or any wrap around care necessary for a full time teacher and their children in state school

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about existing rules for calculating child maintenance, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
