Fuel prices must come down, It is becoming an unaffordable necessity.

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

Put fuel prices down dramatically in the whole of UK and Northen Ireland.
People who drive to work at short or long distances are affected by this. Fuel is a necessity for all vehicle drivers and the price is too high for the consumers to afford on daily basis. Action must be taken.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or Parliament is responsible for.

Decisions about fuel prices are a matter for individual fuel companies, not the Government or Parliament. As a result it is not possible for the Government or Parliament to take the action you have requested.
