Declare a state of emergency to stop the illegal immigration into the UK

Declare a state of emergency and put in place emergency legislation and measures to stop illegal and organised immigration into the UK via the Channel. The situation clearly got out of hand with French GV not doing anything and RNLI and Border Force escorting illegal economical immigrants to the UK
