Humanitarian crisis – help for Afghanistan
Rejected

What the petition asks
The UK Government needs to draw up immediate and longer term plans to provide humanitarian assistance and support for Afghanistan. The scale of the problem requires an international alliance between key countries and NGOs to tackle food security and health issues.
The World Food Programme, the UN and other charities are warning of the developing humanitarian crisis - action is needed now to avert hunger and starvation on a massive scale.
