Widen access to Child Sex Offenders Disclosure Scheme to partners
Closed

What the petition asks
The Government should work with the police to extend the Child Sex Offenders Disclosure Scheme so that police can tell people without children whether their partner has a record of sexual offences. This should include convictions that stay on criminal records for life.
Currently, partners have no rights to know about investigations if they do not have children of their own.
