Require audio visual recordings of all meetings involving social services

What the petition asks
The Government should require all meetings involving social services, with families or other parties, be recorded for audio and visual, so that they can be used in any family court matters arising.
It is important when any decisions are being made by family courts, but especially where a child may be removed from their family, that all parties have access to a full and accurate audio visual record of relevant meetings. This should prevent things from being taken out of context or misrepresented in legal proceedings.
It is my desire to see the law changed to require audio visual recordings of all meetings pertaining to family court involving social services, parents and all other parties involved.
