Fund expansion of A21 to dual carriageway

What the petition asks
The Government should help to reduce fatal incidents on the A21 by funding the conversion of the single carriageway section to dual carriageway. This would reduce the risk to drivers due to congestion and overtaking.
The A21 which runs between the M25 and Hastings is predominantly single carriageway road which is heavily used by commuters travelling to London and Hastings. There have been far too many serious incidents.
I live in Manchester. I have concerns about a major road that connects the M25 to Hastings.(A21)
You may ask why I should have concerns?
The casualty rate on the A21 is too high and has led to accidents which are surely preventable.
