Abolish quarantine requirements when entering the UK from a non-red list country

What the petition asks
Abolish requirements to quarantine after visiting a country which is not on red list, regardless of inoculation (vaccination) status.
Studies show vaccinated persons can catch and transmit the virus, and reducing the burden on travellers should help boost morale of the population & the economy.
