Change the policy for Child Maintenance Services.

What the petition asks
Change how Child Maintenance Services works. If one parent doesn't allow the other parent to see there child/children then the payments they receive from the affected parent should stop.
I am desperate to see my daughter but my ex partner isn't letting that happen. Then all of a sudden I receive a Child Maintenance letter saying I have to pay so much a month. If I didn't want anything to do with my daughter then I understand I should pay. But in this case. The mother is stopping me seeing her but still wanting to benefit. This needs to change.
