Implement reforms to deal with illegal immigration
Closed
655 signatures
What the petition asks
The Government should suspend legislation and international commitments that prevent a stronger response to illegal attempts to enter the UK, create purpose-built holding facilities for illegal immigrants, withdraw legal aid from illegal immigrants, and speed up removal processes.
We believe the numbers of people entering the UK illegally are creating unsustainable pressures on public services and local communities.
Action is needed to ensure that people entering the UK illegally do not burden UK communities or public funds, and are removed as quickly as possible.
