Drop the "urban bus" exemption from laws requiring seatbelts on buses

What the petition asks
We are calling for legislative changes to be made to ensure that all buses carrying children to and from school have seatbelts. As it currently stands, the law exempts "urban buses" from a requirement to have seatbelts fitted, meaning that several buses being used by school children don't have them.
Past incidents have led to calls for improvements to the safety of buses. Requiring seatbelts on all buses used by children should ensure the safety of children, if an incident were to take place.
