Allow fully vaccinated from red list countries to quarantine at home for 10 days

What the petition asks
Allow fully vaccinated citizens and non-citizens travelling from red list countries to self-isolate at home for 10 days.
The government made a swift decision to place countries on the red list following concern of the omicron variant. This decision was made against WHO advise to not make any shift travel restrictions without more knowledge on the variant. This sudden decision has caused chaos for many individuals. Allowing individuals to self-isolate would remove the financial burden of hotel quarantine, allow families to be together, ease the economic impact but still offer protection against the new variant.
