Introduce the same housing laws as Scotland to protect buyers and sellers

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

In Scotland a seller is locked in when selling a house once they decide to sell it and a buyer is locked in if they pull out of the sale they forfeit the deposit money it means chains are less likely to fall through costing everyone thousands of pounds offering the buyer and seller protection
Pass the same laws as Scotland so you can't pull out of a house sale and bring the chain down if you do as a buyer you pay the deposit and the seller I believe is locked in, I believe if a seller pulls out they should pay the buyers legal fees they have lost but I believe in Scotland they can't pull out of the sale
