Bring in another emergency lockdown

We want the Government to bring in another extended lockdown to combat the ongoing coronavirus threat. With the spread of new variants and increasing number of cases including a rise in death rates, it is sensible of the Government to enact another lockdown for the safety of the nation.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you are concerned about the spread of Covid-19, and want the Government to implement another lockdown, but there have been a range of restrictions introduced in past lockdowns, and it's not clear what restrictions you want to be introduced - for example, closure of businesses and places of education, requirements to work from home, prohibitions on leaving the home except for essential purposes.
