What the petition asks
It is time to stop making it a crime to be homeless.
The Government have to take responsibility and realize that the Vagrancy Act is a hindrance and creates more issues for the rough sleeper.

The homeless should not be penalized for their circumstance.
There are many gaps in the system that lead to homelessness.
It is not fair that someone who has been let down by the government already, is then labelled a "Vagrant", and can face prosecution for the crime of sleeping rough.
The Government has pledged to end homelessness. Firstly you must stop it from being illegal.
