What the petition asks
I want to see that in family court everything your accused of to be proven with evidence like in criminal court. Not hear say. Also want social services to be overalled its outdated it needs a change and less power of a sw to remove a child and give more help instead unless in danger but proof.
Family court is private you can be accused of anything without proof and it gets taken into account. This isn't exceptable it should be proven with evidence. You can't accuse someone of abuse or saying something without evidence we talking about kids lives which are being affected. Plus people clash and stories get made up so make it that ss have to prove what their saying. As for social services they need to change ,system needs overal they need to help and support more than they doing.
