What the petition asks
An investigation and new laws to stop probate lawyers making these crimes possible. Remove bent police detectives & probate judges who are corrupt and help in the cover up of these crimes.
The Probate lawyers who:
1) aided in the creation of family feuds
2) exploited the death & grief of the families to rob them
3) disobeyed court orders
4) Emptyed deceased's bank
5) profited from undervalued properties
6) assisted in placing the elderly in nursing homes against their wishes.
7) used DOLS to also stop them removing probate lawyers.
And their regulatory bodies, such as SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority), STEP, etc, which does nothing and in fact help protect the problem.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The investigation of crimes is a matter for the police. If you think that a crime has been committed, you should contact the police here:

We could accept a petition calling for changes to probate laws, but we're not sure what changes you'd like to see happen. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
