What the petition asks
The Government should make it a legal requirement for medical professionals to report any suspected vaccine side effects or injuries, to ensure data on reported side effects and injuries is as comprehensive as possible.
Many people lack confidence in the NHS and the Government, and creating this new requirement could help restore confidence.
