Exempt NHS workers who have recovered from COVID from vaccination requirements

What the petition asks
Exempt NHS staff from vaccination requirements if they have recovered from COVID. We believe that it is a person’s immune status and not their vaccination status which is most important.
Vaccination is there to create an antibody reaction. If NHS workers can evidence that they have recovered from COVID-19, and that they have antibody reaction then this should be accepted.
If this exemption is allowed, it could prevent many much needed and valued NHS and care workers losing their jobs, which creates distress and also a national shortage.
