I just think poor men an women are being recalled to easily for the slightest things they send them straight back for bad behavior no matter how small the matter witch it's just over crowding prisons it costing alot of money causes mental health destroys families an fails these men an women without no support just threw back away some if these men are full time carers for family members have kids who then need to go in Care just for a little mistake witch majority of these recalls are for
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about existing arrangements for recall of people released on licence or parole, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Your petition says people shouldn't be recalled until they are charged, or found guilty, but these happen at different times, and it's therefore not clear when you want people to be able to recalled. Your petition also refers to support for people on probation, and their families, but it's not clear what additional support you want to be provided.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
