What the petition asks
Make it essential that anyone who wants to work in this line of work has sufficient experience, follow strict guidelines & are qualified through a professional approved company in order to provide services to the public. Dog trainers & behaviourists must be qualified. Dog walkers limited to 4 dogs.
So many people are just starting up for quick easy money & have no experience or qualifications which affects alot of owners been given wrong advice by people who have no formal qualifications which can have a massive impact on the dogs behaviour & welbeing. Making dogs more fearful or aggressive, training and behaviour advice must only come from qualified dog trainers and dog behaviourists. Alot of people especially dog walkers are squeezing in far too many dogs in vechiles where they arent secure & crated with lots of dogs together. Dogs should be crated separately to ensure safety & follow professionalism. Dog walkers limited to 4 dogs per dog walker to maintain control. No one wants a massive amount of uncontrolled dogs running loose causing havoc.
