Fund the provision of STI kits through the post in England

What the petition asks
In England there is no longer universal access to free sexually transmitted infections (STI) kits available to order by post. This means lots of people avoid testing due to embarrassment of having to go and see a clinician or they simply just can’t afford upwards of £60 for a kit to test.
Thousands of young people get STIs every year, and many have no symptoms, which can lead to these infections being spread unknowingly. If free STI kits were available in England by post, people would be better able to protect themselves and others.
