Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
Allow students to listen to music in lessons so it helps them to focus on work and to prevent the students from getting distracted from other students who are not doing work and are restricting others from learning.
Give schools more money to have better experiences for the students and so the students have a better time in school.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about whether to allow students to use headphones during class are a matter for individual schools, not the Government or Parliament.
As a result it is not possible for the Government or Parliament to take the action you have requested.
