Hold a public inquiry into unfair business practices during the pandemic

What the petition asks
We believe many businesses, families and individuals have been unfairly treated by lenders, lawyers & other businesses during the pandemic. The Government should launch a public inquiry to investigate evidence of unfair business practices during the pandemic, including bullying & harassment.
We believe many people have been victims of unfair business practices in recent years, and that regulatory bodies and ombudsmen (FCA, SFO, F/O, BBRS, TS, CAB and Legal Ombudsman) have not been able to prevent these or provide adequate redress.
People are losing their livelihoods and in some cases their lives & perfectly good businesses are failing because individuals and businesses are not adequately protected.
A public inquiry could identify unfair practices, and ensure redress is available.
