Force closure of Scottish Power energy provider

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Force the company to close down, including writing off customers so-called debts and so-called defaults, allowing all customers to change to another energy provider
Their call centres and online chat services are in India, which does not help the availability of jobs in our country. It also causes distress to customers as the language barrier causes much confusion and frustration.
They leave MANY people without energy to their home for days, weeks, and in some cases months at a time.
They write defaults on customers accounts without reason.
They add debts to accounts where there are no debts.
It can takes days to get through to them.
Over charging.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
