What the petition asks
make the top up course free or available to do online.we are one of the lowest paid industries and to find around £270 and take 3 days of work is ridicolous plus a badge top up fee of £190 ,this should be a course online for free ,we already have the ACT course online ,is this not enough
because its the only way to be heard in todays society,.
