Cut tax on household energy bills
Rejected
13 signatures
What the petition asks
Remove VAT on household fuel bills to counteract the hike in gas prices which is causing fuel poverty.
The steep increase in prices of gas is causing domestic energy bills to significantly increase which in turn is causing fuel poverty across the UK. By cutting the tax on energy bills this can support UK residents to continue to fuel their homes.
