Reverse the changes to the highway code

What the petition asks
Abolish the new changes to the highway code as they are dangerous
The changes to the highway code are dangerous and badly thought out.
The thought that a bicycle could go inside a car indicating and turning left at to speeds around 20 MPH is not safe.
Also a pedestrian can just step in front of a car doing 30MPH and the motorist is to blame is wrong.
These changes are just making motorists and insurers a scapegoat to pay for mistakes made by uninsured road users
