Revert recent changes to highway code with regards to cyclists and pedestrians

Rejected 9 signatures

What the petition asks

The recent introduction of new rules will/are creating more division between all users of the highway, the rules need to be reverted before serious accidents occur.
The new rules haven't been thought through, theres too many variables and questions that lead to confusion. The rules will lead to more accidents potentially fatal, more road rage and create a larger division between road users.
