Motorists have not been properly consulted about these changes and the new code is biased towards both cyclists and pedestrians. This is causing uncertainty and danger , with the real risk for potential conflict and stress to all road users.
To reconsider these ill thought out changes and to consult fully with motorists and motoring organisations.
