Scrap all covid-19 fines for people who brick the rules by 2or less people or young children

I want parliament to scrap or right off all fines relating to covid-19 rule brakes issued to people that had 2or less people or young peon there homes in 2020 as I think it in fair that the uk government that sets the rules can have 16 gatherings yet hard working people that got confused about the support bubble gets realy high fines
