What the petition asks
Undo the new Highway Code that is came into effect on 29/01/21 in terms of the pedestrian having the right of way over vehicles when crossing the road. This is dangerous, how is it acceptable for a car to be expected to just stop when coming off a road at speed because a pedestrian has right of way
Go back to the highway code as it was before the 29th of January 2021
