We want NHS FACE TO FACE appointments back!

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

The NHS service to have face to face appointments back. We can't get proper treatment by phone or website, and sometimes our requests are ignored or very slow. We deserve a good health care service!
Because we are paying our taxes but not getting a good service.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

There are no Government restrictions that prevent GPs from holding face-to-face appointments. Decisions relating to GP appointments, including decisions on whether face-to-face appointments are appropriate, are operational matters for the NHS and individual GPs, not the UK Government or Parliament.
