What the petition asks

To remove legal parental rights from parents who have abused their children!
Parents who have abused their children in anyway should automatically have their legal parental rights removed

leaving the remaining parent with full legal responsibility so they can move forward and making the best decision on behalf of the children such as freedom to change last names so the children have no association to the abusing parent
