Add in to animal welfare law

What the petition asks
•Any reports concerning welfare that are made to any authority e.g Local council, Defra, trading standards, RSPCA. Will claim responsibility that the report is passed on to correct department/authority by whom they were reported to. For example the RSPCA would pass on a report to trading standards.
I believe it will be a much better way at ensuring that reports always reach the correct department and organisation, so they can be handled in the correct way. I also feel this will cause a decrease of complaints being missed or not being documented properly. I think a larger number of reports will be able to be more efficiently looked over and handled by the correct teams in the correct manner.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you'd like changes to animal welfare law, but it's not clear from your petition exactly what you'd like to happen.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
