Fatherless children, No child should be denied their human right to a father
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
To ensure fathers have a legal presumption of 50/50 shared parenting after separation. To ensure fathers have access to there children without a contact center. In many cases, fathers cannot afford the costs of these services. Funding or a substantial decrease in costs should be granted.
Fatherlessness is an obscenity. No child should be denied their human right to a father yet nearly 1 in 3 children now lives without a father in the UK . To protect children, fathers, grandparents and other family members from cruel and degrading treatment which can result in their forced separation. Grant more access to fathers side if the family to have access to there childs live. To ensure all children have a meaningful, loving relationship with their fathers and family after breakups
