What the petition asks
The Government should revoke IR35 legislation for the reasons outlined below.
1. Contractors’ entitlements are reduced, with little job security. With this legislation, it is no longer beneficial as the contractors often get paid same as permanent staff, plus have to pay for EMPLOYER'S NI and TAX as well as umbrella fee.
2. It is no longer an advantage to be a contractor and it is better to be a permanent staff.
