Require universities to refund students due to COVID disruptions and strikes

What the petition asks

The Government should require universities to refund an appropriate sum of money to university students due to lots of courses being taught online during the pandemic as well as disruptions caused by strikes in Feb 2022.
As well as some teachers going on strike, causing further disruption to some courses, courses such as mine were taught entirely online during my second year. This removed the majority of the experience and resources that I am paying for. I have paid the same amount of money for half the amount of experience that students before me have experienced.
