What the petition asks
In a televised address to the world 23/02/22, Vladimir Putin public met the prerequisite of Genocidal Intention. The UK is under an International Commitment to condemn Russia and now should accommodate a plan to assist Ukrainian refugees by reuniting them with UK families.
In the early morning of 24th February 2022, Vladimir Putin attack on Ukraine was/is committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group of people. The UK is a signatory to the 1948 Genocide Convention. Article 3 states that (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide; with (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide constitutes and well as the specific intention of targeting a protected group equals (a) Genocide. Humanitarian Relief is required.
