Confiscate all assets held partially or wholly by Russian citizens within the UK

What the petition asks

If sanctions are the way forward, then the only true response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine is to force forfeiture of all Russian-owned or partly-owned assets, property, businesses, holdings or interests to be held by the UK government.
The current and proposed sanctions against Russia from the UK are weak, ineffective, and inefficient. A strong message such as this will also deter other potential aggressive nations (e.g. China) from taking similar military actions against their sovereign neighbours.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
