What the petition asks

With the current situation in the Ukraine it is imperitive that those Ukrainians who are currently applying for a UK visa are either fast tracked or the visa is waived so that they are able to leave the Ukraine and come to a place of relative safety.

The situation in the Ukraine is dangerous, people are already being hurt, physically and mentally. We don't know how bad the situation will become or how fast it will escalate. The time to act is now. Providing refuge for those who are looking for it is the most basic thing we can do to help.
