What the petition asks

Escalation of humanitarian crisis in Ukraine means that thousands of families are seeking refuge in neighbouring countries. While most of them will remain there, some will have good reasons to travel further, including to the UK.

The war in Ukraine is escalating hour by hour. This is widely reported. Families fleeing conflict in Ukraine have no way to apply for visa via usual route (apply in their own country) so urgent action is needed now to suspend usual entry requirements.
