What the petition asks

In light of the invasion of Ukraine, there is, understandably huge pressure on neighbouring countries to accept those fleeing the war zone. The British Government needs to follow the protocols of the Irish Government in offering an unfettered welcome to those in jeopardy.

The Home Secretary must immediately direct her officials to waive all visa restrictions from Ukraine nationals, administer and support unrestricted access to the UK, and publicise the details clearly and widely.
