Waive visa requirements for Ukrainian refugees.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

We MUST open our country to those fleeing Ukraine.

We call upon the government to waive visas, not just wave flags.
Since the beginning of 2014 the UK has offered asylum to just 30 Ukrainians, but has offered entry clearance visas to 1,261 Russian oligarchs.

The Nationality and Borders Bill will criminalise refugees who come via a third country.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

You may wish to sign this petition which calls for a similar action: Offer fast track asylum to any Ukrainians displaced due to the invasion
