Open legal pathways for displaced Ukrainians to enter the UK to claim asylum
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
The government is no longer issuing visas to Ukrainian nationals meaning they can no longer enter the UK to claim asylum. Make it possible for Ukrainian nationals to either claim asylum without entering the UK or allow them to legally enter the UK and claim.
The UK has an obligation to help those in need. Ukraine is under attack from Russia meaning many people are displaced and in need of help.
