Help Afro-Caribbean people achieve safe passage into Poland from Ukraine.

What the petition asks

Over the last 24 hours, harrowing footage has surfaced online of Afro-Caribbean being denied safe passage into Poland from Ukraine because of the colour of their skin. Everyone should be able to seek safe refuge regardless of race, religion, or gender.
I urge the government to be a voice for the currently voiceless and to urge foreign ministers to encourage the safe passage of everyone who is currently fleeing a country under attack, regardless of their race, religion, or gender.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

The Government or Parliament are not responsible for overseeing border arrangements for other countries. You could have a petition which urged international organisations to assist with safe passage for Afro-Caribbean people trying to leave Ukraine
