Facilitate a further Scottish Independence referendum

What the petition asks
The UK Government should facilitate a fresh referendum on whether Scotland should be an independent country.
On 10 February in Warsaw, the Prime Minister stated "... All people, no matter where they are born, have the right to live safely, choose who governs them and decide which organisations they want to be part of," he said, adding: "We won’t compromise on that principle."
I believe Scotland has the right to live safely, choose who governs them and decide which organisations they want to be part of. This belief is in keeping with that quoted in Warsaw by the Prime Minister. Scotland should be able to determine who governs us via a referendum, given which I wish that the current UK government facilitate such a democratic process for the people of Scotland.
